superbe hotel , nous y sommes allé en juillet 2022 j'avais pris ma réservation sur internet sauf une fois arrivé pas de réservation a mon nom grosse frailleur surtout que l'hotel était complet a priori j'ai du faire une mauvaise manipulation et j'ai annuler celle ci alors que je l'avais payé, comme j'avais dit a la réceptioniste pourquoi j'aurais annulé vu que j'ai payé et c'étais non remboursable la est arrivé maria et arrivé a contacter la centrale de réservation et d'une est arrivé a nous faire rembourssé par le site et nous trouvé une chambre au prix de la réservation

Die Anlage insgesamt toll, allerdings strandmäßig nicht gerade das Beste- sehr eng und steinig. In der Umgebung bei anderen Hotels besser. Allinclusive sehr gut. Die Pools super, leider nur 18 Grad. Family Zimmer mit toller Aussicht- leider fehlt dort ein Schreibtisch.

Hôtel agréable dans l’ensemble même si il mériterait quelques travaux notamment la déco des chambres et les sanitaires qui ne sont pas dignes d’un 5 étoiles.Le personnel est très sympathique et aux petits soins avec une mention spéciale au barman et à la serveuse Roxane.Le pool bar avec les crêpes est aussi très bien. Le personnel des cuisines n’est en revanche pas très souriant et pressé de débarrasser votre table!Les plats sont dans l’ensemble corrects mis à part les desserts très chimiques.Nous garderons un bon souvenir de notre séjour au Serita Beach.

I traveled with my 2 year old child. It was a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, varied, with many options for children, the entire hotel staff was very kind, many activities for both children and parents.

Very nice atmosphere, nice and helpful staff. clean rooms, very good food despite the end of the season. The girls from aegeo spas were very polite, Nancy who gave me the massage is a professional, after her wonderful massage I felt relaxed. It was a great time spent with the family

I read previous negative comments and agree that at the main restaurant, the food was often lukewarm. However, there was always a range of salads, cold meats, cheeses, pancakes, fruit etc. so always found an enjoyable meal. Hot food was available at the souvlaki corner, creperie, and in the evening at the Asian, Italian and Greek restaurants. 2 of which were also open at lunch time. The staff were delightful, (including those on reception). Being retired, we always travel at the end of the summer season, knowing that many summer staff will have returned to University and staffing levels may be lower than optimum. All other hotels will be experiencing the same problem. As for 'drinks being watered down', they are 'local' drinks and are manufactured with a lower alcohol content, not 'watered down'. Every 'All Inclusive' hotel we have been in over the years uses lower alcohol drinks. This did not detract from our enjoyment and is more desirable than experiencing drunkenness or hangovers. The beach is lovely and if you wear beach shoes, you will experience no problem with stones. There are lots of fish, so very enjoyable snorkelling. Ignore the negative comments. We had a fabulous time and found everyone very friendly. We did not want our holiday to end and would love to return any time.

The rooms are lovely and clean. The spa was amazing. I had the anti stress massage with Nancy and I can not recommend this lovely lady enough. Excellent place we will definitely be returning in the near future

We stayed for one week in the serita beach hotel…staff here are very warm and friendly and the room is lovely..beds are comfortable and the mini fridge gets replenished with water and juice daily…beautiful views of the beach 400m away…never go hungry with breakfast lunch and dinner and snacks and drinks all day…make sure u book a taste of the 3 independent restaurants Italian Asian and Greek as foods made to order and service which was lovely…a special thank you to Nancy in the spa who made my Sunday morning a break from the kids for a relaxing all over body massage…she was friendly and professional as was the other lady that introduced me to the treatments….would definitely stay here again

Its a fabulous hotel,staff are warm and friendly,the food of the buffet was great and the others restaurants too.
