Personnel d'une gentillesse adorable, buffet très varié, tout est très fraîchement préparé . Période agréable car hôtel pas totalement rempli, très belle météo sans canicule (même si beaucoup de vent sur 2 jours), ambiance familiale et très détendue pour de belles vacances de Pâques en famille. Point de départ idéal pour visiter Knossos, Réthymnon et Agios Nikolaos.

Hotel magnifique propre Acceuil parfait personnel extra nourriture au top « le Maine bar » et ces barman sont fabuleux ;) toujours très bien servis animateur top Si je dois retourner en Crète c’est dans cet hôtel que je vais ! Sans aucune hésitation Organisation pour les excursions sont bien expliqué les gens parle presque tous un peu le français donc c est vraiment pratique

Super Hotel. Sehr gute Lage. Top Service. Sehr nettes Personal, inbesondere Aspa im Restaurant und Roumbini in der DIA Bar. Immer hilfsbereit und nett. Hotel und Service sind einfach klasse. SPA ist super organisiert, nettes Personal, insbesondere Katharina und Corina. Bin zum dritten mal in diesem Hotel gewesen.

Eine tolle und großzügige Anlage mit verschiedenen Pools. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Absolut sauber. Das Essen war auch sehr gut. Die Flugzeuge waren eine nette Abwechslung und überhaupt nicht störend. Die Zimmer mit eigenem Pool sind der Hammer und empfehlenswert.

Très belle chambre avec une belle vue mer spacieuse et moderne. Les buffets sont très variés et différents chaque jour. Plusieurs piscine dont une couverte avec beaucoup de transats mais en cette période en avril l’hôtel n’est pas plein. Le bus allant à heraklion passe devant

Tout a été super dans cet hôtel ; de l’accueil , aux repas en passant par la propreté des lieux , la gentillesse du personnel , parfait en tout point . La vue sur le complexe hôtelier et la vue mer depuis la terrasse juste magique . on recommande vivement cet hôtel

This hotel is excellent. Everything in this hotel is more than excellent. The facilities are wide and welcoming and the food was very tasty . The main thing is the staff. In all our vacations there wasn't friendly staff more than this hotel. All of the the staff wants only to serve you and make you satisfied. Made more excellent by the staff they employ. A big massive thank you to the best cocktail maker in the entire world Albi in the lobby bar. He really made our holiday special with his excellent skills. Special thanks to the singer Stella, who gave us emotions and made us dance. The animators know their job and our children were not bored with them. We surely will be back again!!!

Superbe séjour. All inclusive au top. Gentillesse du personnel et plus spécialement le personnel de l’exclusive bar et du bar de la piscine. Transats hyper confortables. Transfert de l'aéroport au top. L'ensemble des espaces sont propres et bien entretenu.

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff. Well-kept rooms. Large choice of meals. Fun animation for children and adults. Nice Asian restaurant, fitness, indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Super located for making trips. Bus stop in front of the hotel.

This was our second time at Arina and we still love it. The hotel is super clean, close to the airport (10 min) and to Heraklion with all its sites (15 min to Knossos) and offers lots of activities on-site such as nightly kids disco, live music, acrobat shows, several pools (outside and inside), a well-equipped gym and much more. Two tennis courts with free equipment rentals are right across the street from the hotel and are available exclusively to guests. There are plenty of food choices available with some rotating specials in the main restaurant (e.g. taco day, sea food day) The staff at the hotel deserves a special shout-out: they're exceptional. We loved hanging out with the bar staff and the animators. Our 4 year old loved going to the kids club to play during the day and dance with the other kids in the evening. We were super happy to see that some people from our first visit 4 years ago were still there. Thanks for making both of our trips memorable!

Die Massage war traumhaft! Magische Hände haben sehr für eine Entspannung gesorgt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder! Sehr zu empfehlen . Sehr nettes Personal! Auf individuelle Bedürfnisse wird eingegangen . Doppelmassage war kein Problem .

Die Massage war wirklich traumhaft. Man war sehr gut aufgehoben und hat sich danach wie ein neuer Mensch gefühlt. Die ganze Atmosphäre ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es wurde sehr gut auf die eigenen Bedürfnisse eingegangen und stets gefragt ob es einem gut geht.

Costas was an excellent therapist. I had the Cretan massage which was amazing. The ladies at the spa reception were professional and very knowledgeable. Katerina was excellent and very welcoming. Thank you so much ☺️ I will definitely be coming again.

Un très bon séjour à l’Arina Beach, hôtel très bien entretenu, tout le personnel est souriant et aux petits soins. Les chambres sont belles et spacieuses. Le buffet est varié et de bonne qualité. Mentions particulière pour Konstantina au spa. Très bon massage relaxant de la par du masseur dont je n’ai pas le prénom. De très bonnes vacances reposantes.

Fantastic resort. Stylish, brilliant staff, great clientele, will be returning! Lovely rooms, buffet breakfast best ever experienced, they even hosted a private party with a free cake for my son’s birthday. The spa is excellent, such good value I was astonished.

What an amazing first time all inclusive beach hotel holiday,from start to finish our experience was second to none,from our beautiful sea view room to the pools and the glorious beach,to the staff and last but definitely not least the gorgeous food (everything from breakfast to lunch to dinner fab)if i had one criticism it would be the entertainment,when booking the website said the entertainment involved karaoke amongst other adult entertainment but unfortunately the entertainment was mainly for children and mostly german speaking kiddies and with nothing else available outside the hotel it was quite disappointing,everything else though was truly amazing and we will definitely come back

Un cadre magnifique, avec une très belle plage. Les couchés de soleil depuis le bar de l’hôtel sont magnifiques. Le tout suivi de prestations de qualité et d’une équipe chaleureuse. Une semaine géniale dans cet établissement ! Nous conseillons vivement.

Top Hotel für Familien, die Zimmer sind neu renoviert und super ausgestattet. Die Reinigung war gut, und man hat fast überall einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen ist gut und abwechslungsreich, vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen gab es nichts zu meckern. Die Belegschaft ist immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Mietwagenstation im Hotel ist zu empfehlen, alles lief problemlos und günstig.

Just book it The most amazing hotel, we stayed twice and loved it. We traveled from Santorini in a ferry because of no direct flights. Food was the best we had for an all inclusive. You will it get better. My favorite hotel
