This was my second stay in this hotel. Very good value for money, the rooms are good sized, the bed is comfortable and I like the location - 10-15 minutes away from the center by taxi & 5 minutes away from Bulgaria mall and a big Billa shop.

Excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast. Parking (extra charge) is a big plus. Room was big and the bed very confy. In bathroom you can find everything you need for wash hands or shower. The wi-fi is very good. In the Lebannon Restaurant you can find an excellent menu to eat or drink. - One of the towels in the bathroom was so torn that you almost couldn't use it. An unpleasant aspect was in the morning when there was a problem filling the tank at the toilet, after use. Also, the hot water in the shower was very difficult to reach, requiring a very long waiting time until it could be used. Also, another unpleasant aspect was that every morning the restaurant is full of tourists who were in transit, who immediately finished the trays with food, respectively the glasses for water/juice and the cups of coffee, a normal thing otherwise due to the large number of people. The problem is that the restaurant had only one person who was absolutely unable to manage there.
