Beautiful hotel resort firstly set on the beach so very good. The pool area is fantastic although it can get busy. It has slides and pools for the kids and a large playground. We had a private swim up pool that was fabulous a bit more expensive but really good The restaurant was ok plenty of choices even with fussy kids you can always find something to eat as there is loads of choices. Staff mmm well a wee bit miserable sometimes but it is really hot and they do have a lot of halfwits to deal with. Entertaining on an evening roda is just a 5 min walk along the beach where the little town has bars and shops at great prices. The bars and restaurants along the beach all have sunbeds and cabanas with no charge which is excellent Lovely quiet resort with no headcase discos to worry about. Very relaxing and clean

We arrived late at night and were shown to our bungalows. First impressions are that the bungalow style chalet was pretty good. The whole resort is well kept and maintained. The staff seem to work there constantly. the main building is where the main restaraunt is. Its a large buffet style morning noon and night. The breakfast is ok with plenty of choice. I mainly ate bread jam and cheese but there were omlettes being made for you if you wanted them. The lunches were pretty ok too. but mostly things i wouldnt eat at all. night time dining was much the same. If you love pork you will be fine. I found a new love of salad and thats what i survived on. They did have some soup now and then that i ate. The waiting staff were the best. On days 3 - 7 we had the honour of being served by Vasilies and Maria. 2 young people who were very attentive smartly dressed and very polite whenever we were there. the pools were all very nice. Absolutely freezing and made up of salt water but clean. It was near the end of the season also but the entertainment was a bit mediocre. The beach at the font of our bungalow was cleaned every day by the tractor and workers. All the seaweed was gathered up and the sand raked. There were ample sunbeds at the beach and around the pool. There are lots of daily activities from Aqua aerobics, darts, boules archery and lots of watersports but they are an extra cost. all in the staff are polite and courteous. The only thing that got me was that during the day they would put music on very loudly and just leave. Its a pain in the neck when you are trying to relax and read a book. One tip would be to stay away from the main pool. Get a sunbed on the main concourse down by the drinks station and kebab station. the music isnt so loud and you get the sun there all day. The spa is also lovely and reasonable prices. I had a lovely facial by the lovely natasha who gave me a foot massage also. I would definately recommend this hotel. I would also suggest that spending the morning by the pool but going down to the beach in the afternoon is good as the sea has heated up by then and not as cold as the pools. Take a walk along the beach to the nearest village. It is a 20 minute walk but you can get some souvenirs here as opposed to the overpriced shops in the complex. The transfer too and from the airport is approx an hour and a half . There are also some cats that wander around. They are very tame and they get the run of the main building. The cats are well looked after and the guests all love them. I did see a cat being mistreated by a person and challenged it. They cats will scratch if they are being contained and rightfully so. So please treat the cats and staff nicely .

So I’ll start with the positive… my room overlooked the beach and was cleaned daily, fresh towels and the ladies were friendly. The staff around the resort are welcoming and friendly and are happy to help. A must as everyone says is trying kostas coffee- ask for a latte not coffee! The restaurant staff work incredibly hard and are really friendly - especially the omelette lady who was extremely helpful and kind. I can’t fault the cleanliness of the hotel and how hospitable the staff were. The only staff member I found to be unreasonable was the restaurant manager- he spends his time walking around shouting at staff who are working hard. Negative- the food! Breakfast is fine and as you expect… lunch isn’t bad but repetitive. We did find something to eat at lunch times .. but my teenagers grew fed up. It’s definitely not a 5* food restaurant. We decided to eat locally in the town.. wow!! The food everywhere was delicious and the locals were so friendly and kind. The pool and views are lovely, hire a car and see the island, it’s well worth it but hire the car from the town not the hotel. Also have a short walk either down the beach to the shop as it’s cheaper than the one on site, or into town to the supermarkets. Also try Alexandros taverna down the beach, food was sensational! Overall we enjoyed our week in Corfu and will be returning- just not to eat in the restaurant!

Guest relations staff “Persofoni”dealt with our concerns and upgraded our room and provided us with free spa treatment. Waiters Mario and Lorenzo were always quick in serving us drinks and always happy to help. The omelette cook was always cheerful and happy to make you your morning eggs. The quality of the food was very poor for a 5 start hotel, cooking oil used for olive oil, no butter. The management seems to provide sub standards quality food to their guests. The true flavours of the Greek cuisine were not there. The food manger could of been friendlier and more proactive with guests instead of barking orders to his staff. The Spa was nice but overpriced for the treatments. The cold indoor pool did not make any sense. The beach was excellent and so was the bars and snack areas with on tap drinks and kebabs Costas did a great job. The crêpes were amazing thank you Sophia. But once the chocolate sauce run our by 2pm they only served plain ones which I found odd. The al La Carte restaurants were not any different in quality from the Buffett, no upgrade of drinks or quality of food like other hotels offer. The alcohol drinks and beverages Were the worst I had tasted in any holiday resort. We went out several times to taste authentic Greek food and wine.

Great bar service. Best coffee bar and drinks served by Kostas. He can speak many languages: Greek, English and Polish… easy for people to understand. Enjoyed our birthday party organised by animation team.

Overall we had a lovely stay, rooms are dated but clean - we only want to sleep in the room and not spend too much time in there, beds were comfortable so all good! Food was standard buffet; I always found something to eat so never went hungry! I wouldn’t class it as a five star in comparison to other hotels - but I we didn’t pay ‘5 star’ prices. The main pool area is really nice and was enjoyed by all the children, out of season so no issues with getting sun loungers. Beach area is beautiful, lovely views! Staff very helpful. Overall depends on what you pay and what you make of it

We had a great experience. There was a great food selection for all meals in the buffet, the facilities and entertainment were enjoyable and the staff were friendly (especially the porter and lady working for the spa were very attentive and showered our baby with attention daily). Perfect family resort as plenty of activities for kids. Very surprised at some of the negative reviews as staff were helpful and clearly working hard and putting in long shifts.
