Pros: Great location, breakfast is good, staff are amazing, rooms are a good size, hotel decor is nice, general service is quick, free sauna and steam room, would definitely recommend. Cons: Indoor pool is not heated and quite small and the food was average. The private beach is a few minutes walk and nice but rocky. We also used the spa facilities and had some treatments which was a 5/5 experience. My masseuse Maria was amazing - thank you for the experience!!

We booked this trip only the week before we came, I couldn’t be more pleased. The hotel is beautiful, the food delicious and the people of Rhodes are just so friendly (genuinely so). I have just had a wonderful massage in the gorgeous spa by Maria…it was fantastic. I recommend her highly, she has great hands and hones in on your problem areas. As a physio myself, I couldn’t have asked for more, thank you ☺️

when i come here my back is hurting but after the massage i feel relaxed and my pain is decreased i am very appreciative and massage is great i recommend everyone to go there and get a massage the personals are very positive and smiling and thanks to my therapist maria for good experience and good massage

I signed up for a Cretan body massage, full body scrub and Japanese facial at the Aegean Spas during my stay in Rhodes Bay Hotel and Spa - all the treatments were excellent and my therapist Maria was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend her.

I got the face treatment from Maria, she was very professional and did an amazing job. The place itself is very beautiful and calming.there is a soothing atmosphere from the moment you enter the area, from music to decor. Would definitely recommend.

We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen, kregen een upgrade naar een gemoderniseerde kamer... echter hadden wij liever de bungalow die we aanvankelijk hadden geboekt. Geen probleem! Speciale dank aan de ongeloofelijk vriendelijke Louka. Mooi en zeer verzorgd hotel. Nogmaals ....zelden zo een vriendelijk personeel gehad.

Our 4th time staying and we love it. Great service, lovely staff. Can’t wait to come back this year. The children are entertained in the day and I can relax knowing they are safe and having fun. Lots of food on offer with the buffet.

We stayed at the Rhodes Bay Hotel and Spa for a one-week trip to Rhodes. We had a deluxe room with sea-view. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the balcony where we could relax at night when the child had gone to bed. The pool-areas are amazing, and the hotel also has a private beach. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of food, including lots of fruit and vegetables. Located on one of the top floors, the breakfast restaurant offers an impressive view over the ocean. The hotel is conveniently located with short walking distance, along the beach, to several bars and restaurants. We will be back!

Beautifull rooms, pools and easy access to the beach. Great breakfast and wonderful staff. Very easy access to the old Town by bus or taxi. I will be back!

Belle hôtel très confortable. Personnels très gentils . - - Comme nous y étions en fin de saison malheureusement l’hôtel semblait un peu « endormi ». Plus de surveillant de baignade à la piscine et plus de buffet le soir , remplacer par service à table qui était très bien mais malheureusement identique d’un dîner à l’autre et aussi bien plus long, donc plus fatiguant avec des enfants en bas âge . -

Since it is the beginning of the off season, there was plenty of parking. The room was great, check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and very responsive to any and all of our requests.

Le service est agréable. Le buffet est varié et de qualité. Tres bonne ambiance au bar avec de l animation. L'hôtel propose plusieurs piscines, il y a donc beaucoup de place. La plage est bien entretenue. La surface du tennis est agréable. Les installations du spa sont très belles (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi et piscine extérieure au calme). Il est aussi possible de nager dans une plus petite piscine intérieure et de profiter d'un sauna et d'un hammam hors du spa. Plusieurs restaurants sont disponibles et très bien. Les lits sont très confortables et 2 types de coussins sont proposés. Les produits de douche sont de qualité. - - L'insonorisation entre les chambres pourrait être améliorée. Quand on est côté vert, il y a un sifflement d'une installation technique. Quelques petits couacs de serviettes pour notre chambre mais rien de bien grave. La salle de bains est un peu étroite. Le rangement pour les vêtements est suffisant, mais j'aime quand ceux ci ne sont pas visibles de mon lit. -

J’ai apprécié la vue mer pour une chambre prévue vue forêt ainsi que la possession de la chambre en fin de matinée pour un Check un prévu a 15h. Petit déjeuner buffet incroyable ! Les chambres spacieuses avec petit panier de fruits, bouteille d’eau et de vin offert à l’arrivée. Le lit très grand - - Faut vraiment chercher, peut-être le bruit généré par la route très passagère entre l’hôtel et la plage, mais qui ne gêne que lorsque l’on est sur la terrasse et encore la vue fait oublier -

Positives: Good location for access to Rhodes town and airport. All inclusive drink range was good with wide range of international branded drinks although some confusion over which bars served inclusive drinks at what time. Food in the buffet was generally good most meals, suggest going early as some evenings the food was cold. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool on the 11th floor was best place to chillout however more comfortable loungers were beside the adult pool. Spa and massage was really good, would recommend an early visit. All 3 speciality restaurants were good, some people complained about the limited choose but what we had was really good. Best night by far was paying the extra 45 euros each for the Friday Lobster Night with a cracking dance show. We upgraded to a junior suite on 7th floor which had plenty of space and a lovely layout inside with comfy bed, separate lounge and 2 balconies. The small onsite shop had a good range of the essentials at reasonable prices. Negatives: The hotel was nice but clearly not worth 5 stars, at best 4 stars with some enhancements. I pictured having a relaxing drink on the balcony as the sun went down...the view of the sunset was great however the noise from the very busy road between the hotel and beech was awful especially during rush hours...my pet hate was hearing motorbikes being over revved, this work me up most mornings!! Perhaps if the balcony windows could close fully this may have helped as 2 days the wind made an annoying whistling sound in the lounge area. Very surprised this is not highlighted by other reviewers!! The beach facilities were very basic, you had to walk through a grotty underpass and the loungers were not very comfortable. No refreshment or toilets on the beach so you had to walk back through underpass to the pool bar to use facilities.

Op aanraden hebben we deze vakantie geboekt. Bij aankomst zeer vriendelijk ontvangen, we voelden ons direct thuis dankzij de hulp van de guest relations manager. Het begin van een mooie vakantie. Het eten was zeer lekker en het uitzicht perfect. De kamer werd alle dagen mooi gepoetst. Rhodos bay, we komen zeker terug.
